Course description

Developing English skills needed for employment preparation, covering such topics as job search, resumes, cover letters, and job interviews; effective communication skills in the workplace; skills needed in preparing for the Test of English for International Communication (TOEIC)

Course materials

1) Course book: Get Ready for International Business (Student’s Book2, B325).
Only Units 2, 5, 7, 8, 9 and 10 plus the TOEIC practice of the corresponding units are to be covered.

2) PowerPoint files of these elements can be found in the folder English 5 PPT on the classroom computer.

Attendance 5 Job ad 5 Resume 10 Job interview (face-to-face) 20 Presentation (VDO) 20 Final exam 40

* The passing score for the course is 50.
