แนวคิดทฤษฎีเกี่ยวกับการดูแลสตรีและครอบครัว การให้คำปรึกษาระยะก่อนสมรส สุขภาพการเจริญพันธุ์  การวางแผนครอบครัว การคุมกำเนิด ภาวะมีบุตรยาก เทคโนโลยีการเจริญพันธุ์ การปฏิสนธิ การตั้งครรภ์ การเปลี่ยนแปลงทางกายวิภาค สรีรวิทยาและจิตสังคมในระยะตั้งครรภ์ การจัดกิจกรรมโรงเรียนพ่อแม่ การพยาบาลสตรีและครอบครัวในระยะตั้งครรภ์ที่มีภาวะปกติ ภาวะเสี่ยงและภาวะแทรกซ้อน การคัดกรองภาวะเสี่ยง การประเมินสุขภาพทารกในครรภ์ แนวทางการช่วยเหลือสตรีตั้งครรภ์และทารกในครรภ์ บทบาทผดุงครรภ์ในการดูแลสตรีตั้งครรภ์ การใช้ยาทางสูติศาสตร์อย่างสมเหตุผล

Concepts and theories of women and family care; premarital counselling; reproductive health; family planning; contraception; infertility; reproductive technology; fertilization; pregnancy; anatomical physiology and psychosocial changes during the antenatal period; antenatal classes, nursing care of women and family during the antenatal period with normal, risk and complications; risk screening; fetal health assessment; guidelines for helping pregnant women and newborn; and roles of midwives in caring for pregnant women; rational drug used in obstetrics.
