วิชาบังคับก่อน : SCI05 2013 แม่เหล็กไฟฟ้า 1 หรือ โดยความเห็นชอบของสาขาวิชาฟิสิกส์

รายวิชานี้ครอบคลุมเนื้อหาที่เป็นความรู้พื้นฐานทางอิเล็กทรอนิกส์ ซึ่งประกอบด้วยแบบจำลองทางกายภาพของอุปกรณ์สารกึ่งตัวนำ เช่น ไดโอด มอสทรานซิสเตอร์ และทรานซิสเตอร์รอยต่อสองขั้ว เป็นต้น รวมทั้งการวิเคราะห์และออกแบบวงจรอิเล็กทรอนิกส์เพื่อประยุกต์ใช้งานอุปกรณ์ดังกล่าว ครอบคลุมทั้งวงจรอนาล็อกและดิจิตอล

Prerequisite: SCI05 2013 Electromagnetism I or consent from the School of Physics

This is an introductory course on electronics. Topics include basic physical models of the operation of semiconductor devices such as diodes, MOS transistors, and bipolar junction transistors will be presented including the analysis and design of important circuits that utilize these devices covering both analog and digital circuits.
